We are a local, family owned practice committed to our community.

Way back in 2018 the NDIS rolled out to our region. But for Bacchus Marsh & Melton, and the western fringe of Melbourne more broadly, there was a real and significant lack of services available for people with a disability from our local community.

What we saw was locals paying for therapists to travel 2 hours for their appointments, effectively cutting their ability to access services to a third of what was available to people in other regions.

But this is a pattern we know all to well.

As residents of Bacchus Marsh since 2003, we often feel frustrated that our region is never quite the priority. From challenges like the lack of local therapists, external providers charging large amounts for travel, and even the poor level of accessibility in our towns.

So we assembled our team at Tandem because we want to make a difference…. here & now.
