In the six weeks before 6th November 2024, the NDIA conducted 7487 eligibility reassessments.
48% had their access revoked, and 20% were still being asked for further evidence of their eligibility
These reviews of eligibility remain ongoing with a particular focus on children aged between 5 and 9.

The Problem
The removal of NDIS funding places a very significant burden on families at a time when finances are already stretched.
This issue is felt even more keenly in Melbourne's western suburbs and regional areas where family budgets are often tighter than the more affluent areas in the inner and easter suburbs.
How we aim to help
We are looking at new ways to make therapy more affordable for those that have either lost NDIS funding, or are struggling to prove their eligibility.
To do this we now offer payment plan options for those that need a little more support.

Regular payments will continue until you have paid the amount due for completed sessions only.
For example
your payment plan included 10 sessions
but you stop receiving service after completing 5
regular payments will continue until you have paid the full amount for those 5 sessions

We are very happy to amend payment plans as your needs change, whether this is to increase or decrease the amount of services.
You will only ever pay for the services that you actually receive.
Our Payment Plans are available to help make it more affordable and convenient to pay for our services.

Should you be in financial diffciulty and struggling to make the scheduled payments we can consider provider you with a break from payments for up to 4 weeks.
In some circumstances we may be able to reduce the weekly payment amount by spreading payments out over a longer period.
