Our 10 week falls prevention programs

Stride On - Our Standard Program
$90/week, for 10 weeks
Includes 3 telehealth reviews of your program over the 10 weeks to ensure you are truly maximising its benefits as your physical capability improves

Stride Out - Our Intensive program
$105/week, for 10 weeks
Fortnightly telehealth reviews of your program (5 in total) to ensure you are truly maximising the programs impact as your physical capability improves

A thorough assessment, accessed via telehealth in the comfort of your own home, from an experienced Physiotherapist who specialises in Falls Prevention
Easy to Implement Recommendations
A detailed report with recommendations to keep you active and independent
Convenient Exercises
A modern, video based Home Exercise Program delivered via a tailored mobile app, so you can take charge of your situation
Partnership with your GP
GP letters following the initial assessment & at program completion to ensure they remain involved and up to date (provided only with your consent)
